Mr. M. Ayub Qureshi holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Punjab and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Major in Finance) from Western Michigan University USA. He participated in various professional courses/conferences and seminars conducted by SEC, USA, and other Financial Institutions in the USA and other countries.

He has over three decades of hands-on experience working in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (formerly CLA and SEAP) in senior capacities, the last being as Director of (Securities Market Division). He has vast and diversified experience in various Corporate Laws and Rules/Regulations, particularly capital restructuring, capital issues, public offerings, asset management, and matters pertaining to NBFC’s.
